I have learned that organizing our estate for the future is an act of responsibility.

In the United States, there are multiple laws related to inheritance that many people are unaware of, and unfortunately, ignorance never prevents problems but quite the opposite.

If we make the mistake of not organizing our legacy correctly, it could happen that our heirs have to go through a process called Probate, which can be very costly and in many cases, could lead people to lose their inheritance.

Also, by not protecting our assets through tools like a Living Trust, it could happen that the legacy becomes exposed to lawsuits or divorces, thus causing our generations to lose everything we left behind.

It is our decision what legacy we want to leave: one of debt or one of prosperity, and taking action on this today is the greatest act of love for those around us.
